I just listened to this podcast. It is clear Shannon is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Love to hear more about safe, effective workouts that don’t leave you exhausted or in the gym all day.

This podcast made me shift the way I look at workouts. Shannon not only gives us permission to stop doing endless punishing exercise but also tell us why we will get better results doing what feels right for our bodies. No more burpees for me and I don’t even feel guilty.
