Fresh approach to exercise
I am thoroughly enjoying these podcasts! So much information that helps make sense why traditional training methods have not been successful for me. The last episode about elevated cortisol really hit home for me with so much to learn. Defiantly need to listen to again! As an occupational therapist myself and managing multiple injuries over time I have been looking for a resource to help me efficiently exercise without causing an increase in pain. Dr.Shannon has done just that! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and time Dr. Shannon!

I am really enjoying all of Dr Shannon’s podcasts! I found this episode particularly helpful in my life as I have been dealing with joint pain.
