Amazing resource!
I’m so happy to have found Dr. Shannon. After years of fatigued joints and strange body pains from excessive workouts, this podcast and her exercise program have been a saving grace. Getting started with her workouts is SUCH a mindset shift into “working smarter not harder,” and the podcast really helps you understand her method. I’ve learned so much- most importantly that if you’re laying completely exhausted in a puddle of sweat after your workout it probably means you’re doing something wrong (or at the very least that you can be a lot more efficient). Thank you for all you, Dr. Shannon!
