I would highly recommend Dr. Shannon Ritchey’s podcasts to everyone! Her episodes are so informative, thoughtful and pertinent to women’s health and fitness. I have learned so much about fitness health myths and how to properly optimise my workout and tailor it to my own body. I love how “Fit Body, Happy Joints” is informed by science and heavy research!! It’s a must listen for everyone who is interested in their physical fitness, no matter where in the fitness journey!
