Fit body, happy joints.
As a physician and lifelong athlete I clung to lifelong habits of push harder, more is better, and never quit. Of course, overuse soft tissue injury and multiple fragility fractures later - life forced a reset. I found Shannon on Instagram and gave her podcast episode on cortisol a listen. She is a nerdy expert trainer with the instincts of a wise yoda. In this episode she clearly and simply explains how your hormones message your blood sugar, sleep wake cycles and metabolism and exactly how to harness your own human body for long term health. She is concise, data driven and soundly sensible with an understanding of driven achievers - yet sounds like your girlfriend sharing an intimate, conversation about your health and fitness goals. If you’re starting anew or starting over, this is an approach for 2021 reset.

I...Read full review »

I’ve enjoyed each podcast & looking forward...Read full review »
