I just listened to the episode on Cortidol - Solud gold! I’m so happy to have discovered these podcasts (and Evlo fitness)…LOVE your ideas, and philosophies about fitness and that you are so great at providing the science behind it all as well. I’ve done a lot of different fitness things - its great to start to understand better the whys and how’s to exercise more safely,to feel great and to help avoid the burnout and injury!!

I found Dr. Shannon through Instagram and I’m sold. I’m always trying to find the right workout for myself and it’s been a loooong road.
