A Different Approach to Working Out
I found Dr. Shannon Ritchey on Instagram and decided to give her podcasts a listen. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the mechanics of working out, and she relays this information in a way that is easy to understand. I also appreciate that there is a time breakdown in the podcast description so if there is a specific part I want o go back and hear I know where to look. I highly recommend this podcast, you will walk away more knowledge and with a better understanding of fitness.
