Mind Blown
I have just started listening to this podcast, but wow it already has me rethinking how I move and workout. I especially loved the episode Dr. Shannon did on stretching. She breaks things down in easy to understand ways for those of us not from the fitness world and really stresses on the why. Loved her analogy about pain and the engine light. Can’t just turn the light off. Have to figure out the problem! I’m excited to dive into more episodes and expand my knowledge and understanding of how our bodies and exercise work together!

I have struggled with severe neck and back pain for a several years, Dr Shannon’s approach not only leaves my neck and back feeling good but I don’t feel bad for not killing myself in a gruelling workout. I would highly recommend the EVLO program and her podcast.
