Finally information that makes sense!
I found EVLO from Instagram and loved the information there and was thrilled to find out there is a podcast too. I just listened to the episode “how to know if you’re workouts are productive or just hard”. I am a hairstylist with lots of joint issues, especially shoulders (par for the course). I know I have been unable to do certain workouts for pain but I thought that was a problem and that I needed to “fix” my body to eventually be able to do them. It was discouraging to say the least. This one 20 minute episode gave me so much clarity! Late/ early phase loading? I could immediately apply this thinking to why a skull crusher and a tricep kickback are different and what is more productive. Definitely understanding now how to be more productive and intentional with my workouts. Thank you!

This is what I’ve been looking for after ending my membership with Pure Barre. I really enjoyed PB because it was easy on my joints, specifically my knee and ankle with...Read full review »
