Dr. Shannon’s podcast gives me life! As a fellow physical therapist and fitness instructor I resonate with her approach and appreciate how she bring evidence based concepts to a bite size level. Honestly it’s been difficult to dig into research after graduating PT school - even on things that I’m interested in. I seriously owe my renewed spark of passion into learning due to her page and podcast. I love learning about the interchange of exercise, hormones, and metabolism and have really gotten a lot of useful information both for my clinical practice and in the studio to give patients and clients a different perspective on cardio, exercise selection and how lifestyle affects our overall fitness. You are an inspiration Dr. Shannon!
