“I really enjoyed the Cardio 2 episode because it helped me to rethink on how I incorporate cardio in my workout routine such as running. I usually run first then I do strength training but I’m usually really tired while performing strength training. After listening to this podcast, I’m going to be a scientist for my own body lol ! And start strength training first training MISS later and see if I will get different results.
