Dr.Shannon’s Podcasts are a wealth of information!
I’m so glad that I found Dr.Shannon! . For so long, I’ve thought that workouts had to be intense, hard, and long to be effective. Dr.Shannon provides a wealth of information on how to workout smarter and more effectively while teaching you how to save your joints and muscles as you age. I recently had my labs come back with really high cortisol levels. I never realized the workouts I’ve been doing all these years were causing stress and inflammation which has led to me seeing no progress or results. Her podcast about Cortisol was so helpful and informative. Thanks to Dr.Shannon, I now understand how my high cortisol levels have impacted my health/fitness journey. She has taught me ways to help decrease my cortisol levels and so much more invaluable information on the types of workouts that can greatly help someone like me. I now have “hope” again. Thank you Dr. Shannon!
