Exercise newbie
I listened to quite a few of your podcasts this weekend. I appreciate learning I don’t have to exercise to pure exhaustion to see results. This is the motivation I needed and am excited to give your productive workouts a try. Being sedentary for so long I don’t want to injure myself as I get back into fitness. The way you describe exercises as a PT, and why and how they work, is much appreciated for a strength training newbie. I look forward to seeing results!
