JAM packed with insanely valuable information
This is by far the most advanced fitness podcast I have listened to and honestly the only one I listen to on normal speed (because I don’t want to miss a detail)! Shannon’s passion and knowledge shines through and this podcast has already helped me make really important changes to my workouts. I used to get a sore lower back after leg days and now I know why! So amazing 💓
