Evidence-based workouts
I like the fact that she uses a combination of science and anatomy to explain exercise routines. Be wary of Instagrammers and other people on social media who don’t have a good grounding in physiology. Anyone can record a video and upload it to social media but Shannon actually goes through the research so you can trust what she says about how to protect joints but also get a really great workout.
