Fit body, Happy Joints self love!!
I just started listening to this podcast about 2 months ago. I started doing the workouts and really loved your philosophy on working out. The podcasts are very knowledgeable and relatable. I have always had the mindset of full time cardio. I now am beginning to understand why I do not see the results I want. I like that the podcast explains your approach and the science behind it. I find myself asking for you to explain something in more detail and find out it is in the next episode. I also appreciate you breaking everything down into analogies to help us understand. I also appreciate that you are giving us the knowledge you have and are not trying to sell me anything. Just giving the facts and we can do what is best for our bodies. Thank you!!
