I enjoyed listening to this knowledgeable podcast. I’m a yoga teacher and I find Shannon’s approach so in line with everything I have always believed. I love her scientific approach as she really breaks down why being mindful with how you workout is so key. She explains the science and breaks down all her knowledge in super digestible bits and real-life examples. Shannon is bubbly, smart, and clearly passionate about giving you the knowledge to empower yourself to take control of your workout.

This is an excellent podcast if you’re interested in the actual science behind what exercises to do and why. Shannon is extremely knowledgeable (and has the degrees to prove it).
