Science backed and digestible!
I love the podcast! I’ve been following Shannon from her early days. I am a recovering runner with so many of the topics the podcast touches on (e.g insulin resistance). I appreciate that it’s backed by science and Shannon really does her research. As a total nerd and doctoral student, I love that she shares the details of studies, and shares how she interprets them through her PT brain. Evlo really changed my mindset around exercise..harder is not better and “no pain, no gain” is for fools!

Not only are these podcasts super digestible (Dr Shannon really breaks the science down), but they offer a different approach to fitness than the break your body down or HIIT fanaticism you get from other fitness podcasts. And it is all rooted in science, which gives you so much more of the why....Read full review »
