Mindblown!
I recently found Dr. Shannon on Instagram and love her content but this podcast is next level! She offers so much amazing information all science-based and in an easy to understand format. I have learned so much and I'm not even through all the episodes. It's a MUST LISTEN for anyone who wants to make their workouts more efficient and pain free.
