Wonderful and insightful podcast!
I found Dr. Shannon through Instagram and her workouts have helped to change my body and most importantly, decrease my joint pain in just over a month! She is so knowledgeable and I love that her podcasts offer even more insight into how to effectively train without pain, workout smarter (not harder) and to change your mindset about how long and the types of exercise we need to thrive. She’s down to earth, relatable and never comes across as pushy with her information. Keep up the great content :)
