A great listen, practice advice!
I am also a physical therapist but do not work in the orthopedic/sports sector, and I love hearing Shannon’s perspective on exercise. She clearly has done the research and has packaged the information in a way that is easily digestible for anyone, but very well supported by the science. A great listen with very practical advice that can be easily incorporated immediately into your life!

This podcast has taught me so much after only a few episodes. I listened to the cortisol episode and I learned that my cortisol levels are too high based on the symptoms Shannon shared! I’ve learned so much on how to work out smarter, not harder. Thanks for all the helpful information!
