Ever since discovering Shannon’s workouts and philosophy, my joints feel less achy, my muscles feel (and look) stronger, and I’ve been more consistent with my workouts because I legitimately enjoy them! “Fit Body, Happy Joints” is a perfect resource for anyone who wants to understand more about the biomechanics of their body so that they’re empowered to make smart, informed decisions about their health and wellness. Give it a listen, your body with thank you later! I especially enjoyed the episodes on stretching and metabolism. I learn something new (or affirm a new mentality that I need to practice) every time!
