This podcast is EVERYTHING!!!!!
I cannot say enough about the things I have learned on Dr. Shannon’s Instagram, in her Evlo videos and now in this podcast. Finally breaking the cycle of working out too hard and not efficiently, ultimately decreasing my metabolism and getting injured. Learning that building muscle keeps you lean and that you don’t need to run yourself into the ground (and shouldn’t) to meet your goals. An amazing podcast to help with long term success in terms of fitness and keeping your body healthy.

I happened to find Shannon on Instagram and immediately related because I am an aspiring physical therapist.
