If you want to be fit, and feel good in the process, this podcast is a MUST listen. Dr. Shannon brings amazing content each week to educate you on the proven ways to work out, build your muscles and preserve your joints. I think I have pretty decent fitness knowledge but I have had my ways of thinking expanded so much since listening to this!
