“I am really enjoying all of Dr Shannon’s podcasts! I found this episode particularly helpful in my life as I have been dealing with joint pain. Anytime I overdo it in exercise I take excessively long to bounce back, if I do at all. Dr Shannon explains in this episode how you can overload your joints and underload your muscles and never see the results you want. She also explains, which I found very interesting, the difference between catabolic and anabolic systems and how that relates to seeing or not seeing results! I highly recommend this podcast!”
