I love that focusing on quality of the exercise rather than time/quantity for more effective exercies (especially as a mom of 4, this is HUGE and freeing!). I am working on the changing my mindset from "pain is gain" to allowing my body to have 2 rest days (so hard for me) for a more effective recovery and muscle building.Read full review »
