Love this podcast!
I first found Dr. Shannon on Instagram and fell in love with her workouts and philosophy on exercise. After years of suffering from chronic pain, this podcast has helped change the way I approach exercise. It is backed by science, the content is relevant, and the information is presented in a way that’s easy to understand. Can’t wait for more episodes!
