Smart approach to fitness
I found Shannon on Instagram after a back injury and was hooked by her spine and joint friendly approach to fitness. I love that she educates throughout her classes and weekly on this podcast! She is great at breaking down complex subjects into simple terms for the listeners, and she ties together why she chooses her exercise style. Looking forward to more of these episodes and classes!!
