Super informative & simply fantastic
I’ve been following EVLO on Instagram since February and I absolutely love everything about it. Couldn’t have been giddier when I found out this podcast was coming!! At 46 I have kept myself fit through hard workouts. I’ve worked out through “cranky” knees, neck 😉 and sore back all under the no pain no gain mentality Dr. Shannon works super hard to undo and boy am I grateful. Even have my marathon running husband hooked on this beautiful soul’s podcast. Dr. Shannon (I always call her that) is simply an amazing generous teacher. She shares EVERYTHING with her listeners and I trust her honesty and integrity as a fitness expert. Love this woman!

This is an excellent podcast if you’re interested in the actual science behind what exercises to do and why. Shannon is extremely knowledgeable (and has the degrees to prove it).
