New Fitness Paradigm
I have listened to all Dr Shannon Ritchey’s podcasts and continue to learn new information. My favorite thing is how well Dr. Shannon delivers clear, concise, and scientific information. She gives lots of examples to help you understand. This podcast has introduced me to a new paradigm shift that with the right “dose” of effective exercise you can workout smarter not harder. This podcast gives you 4 recommendations for really decreasing the amount of time you have to workout but boosting your effectiveness.
