My Favorite Podcast
I listened to the Cortisol podcast and found it highly informative and just what I needed to know. I am not a normal podcast listener but when I saw the topic on IG I had to check it out. I have been doing the Evlo workouts for a few months and it has changed the way I workout. However, I was curious if I had acutely high levels of cortisol. Thanks to the detailed explanation of cortisol and especially how it affects insulin (explanation of insulin resistance vs. sensitivity), I was able to determine that I do not. I can’t wait to listen to the Steady state exercise podcast so I can better plan out my cardio workouts, if I need them at all. Thanks Shannon! It’s nice to have someone you can trust for accurate, well-researched information.

One of my biggest fears about being fit and working out is getting injured or ending up having to have knee surgery at 40 and once I found her I know that was never going to be me. I never knew anything about...Read full review »
