LOVE LOVE This Podcast!!
I found Dr. Shannon on Instagram and absolutely loved her philosophy of exercise. After years of suffering with chronic pain , something needed to change in my all or nothing mindset. I was thrilled when I saw she lunched a podcast because I love learning the knowledge she shares. Dr. Shannon provides contact that is backed by science and research and I look forward to each new episode!!

I really enjoyed the Cardio 2 episode because it helped me to rethink on how I incorporate cardio in my workout routine such as running. Not only are these podcasts super digestible (Dr Shannon really breaks the science down), but they offer a different approach to fitness than the break your body down or HIIT fanaticism you get from other fitness podcasts.
