Cardio and Cortisol episode
I have listened to several fit body, Happy joints podcasts. They are so interesting and helpful. The episodes about cardio and cortisol I found the most helpful for myself. I was definitely a cardio bunny and felt like the more the better. Dr. Shannon gave a detailed breakdown of why this isn’t better and how it can negatively affect our bodies. I also liked how she went into more detail in the cortisol episode describing how cortisol plays a key role in muscle building or hindering, and how to keep our levels in check! She is very informative and knows her stuff! If you are looking for a smarter and better way to workout and not stress yourself out, listen and follow her. She is awesome!

I have learned so much since listening to her podcast about being fit and strong without hurting my joints, back and going all out. It’s a different mindset but...Read full review »
