The reality is...Shannon wants to spread awareness on how to be fit and healthy at the same time. She preaches science, science is backed by data. She tells us the truth about what our bodies need and what they want to function properly. It sounds so simple, yet we’ve all been in denial for a very long time. It’s time to listen!
