Great exercise information
I’ve listened to most of Dr. Shannon’s episodes, and the conclusion is clear. You don’t have to suffer to be fit. She teaches you why safe, effective exercise techniques that don’t wear you down increase your results. Exercise done incorrectly can increase physical stress to the detriment of our health. She breaks down how to increase your results and improve your health without pain. Highly recommend this podcast, especially if you’re experiencing joint pain.

Not only are these podcasts super digestible (Dr Shannon really breaks the science down), but they offer a different approach to fitness than the break your body down or HIIT fanaticism you get from other fitness podcasts.
