Science base fitness thinking
I love listening to Dr. Shannon Ritchey DPT. All her analysis is science base and she uses it to de-bunk or support the fitness trends. I have learned so much since listening to her podcast about being fit and strong without hurting my joints, back and going all out. It’s a different mindset but I am slowly adapting to it.

This podcast has taught me so much after only a few episodes. I listened to the cortisol episode and I learned that my cortisol levels are too high based on the symptoms Shannon shared! I’ve learned so much on how to work out smarter, not harder. Thanks for all the helpful information!
