Happy Joints, Happy Listening
So glad I came across Shannon & Evlo on Instagram! I found the podcast from there, subscribed right away, and now look forward to new episodes each week. Thank you Shannon for providing evidence-based information about health and fitness and making it so easy to understand. “More is not better” is such an important message especially when popular fitness/diet culture promotes the opposite so aggressively. It’s such a relief to hear that it’s possible to see long-term results without working out for hours on end. As someone who has always focused on cardio and largely neglected strength training, it has also been such an eye-opener to hear Shannon speak about the negative effects this can have! I highly recommend this podcast to anyone looking to move forward on their fitness journey in a sustainable (and not painful!) way. Thank you Shannon!
