She totally explains nerdy information in a down to earth manner that is easily understood and relatable and makes so much sense!! I especially appreciate her “unpopular opinion” that she frequently references. It validates moving your body in a way that’s truly best for you, and not to exercise a certain way just because the fitness industry says that’s the only way to see results. Such a breath of fresh air!”
