Science based approach to fitness
This podcast is exactly what I have been looking for! It provides scientifically backed information that is contrary to a lot of assumptions I have been making about fitness. I have always been under the impression that the more cardio I do and the sweatier I am the better, but Dr. Shannon has convinced me that isn’t the case. I’m working on how I approach my workouts by working smarter and not harder and focusing on building strength in an intentional way. Every episode has new information that I am doing my best to apply to my daily life!
