Refreshing outlook on fitness and science driven
I am so happy I came across Dr. Shannon’s Instagram and then discovered Evlo and this podcast. It is so easy to become focused on finding workouts that burn the most calories on your Apple Watch and that are filled with “hard” and fatiguing exercises. Dr. Shannon provides the information needed to understand what makes a workout efficient for your muscles while safe for your joints and body. I appreciate how she is able to take the scientific information and break it down so it is easy for anyone to understand. Dr. Shannon’s passion and knowledge will help you transform the way you view fitness and your body✨
