Less cardio better results
It is refreshing to hear how less cardio and rest days can truly give you better results. Dr Shannon knows her stuff! Her whole program is backed by science. As someone who has done cardio 5 days a week it is exciting to learn how you can achieve results without the wear and tear on your joints. Looking forward to more podcasts.
