My favourite fitness podcast
Thankyou to Shannon for such an excellent podcast. I love how each episode discusses topics related to fitness, for people of all ages and stages in life, based on scientific evidence, yet in a way that’s easy to understand and digest. The other aspect I love is that Shannon focuses on not only what is important, but what is realistically achievable for the average person who also has a life! Highly recommended.
