Great podcast, great host and content!
Recently came across the Fit Body, Happy Joints podcast and am really enjoying it. Really appreciated the episode about how to use (and not) use fitness wearables. Also, the episode with Registered Dietitian, Esosa Osagiede, about carb cycling. This was such a clear explanation of the process and so helpful! So many amazing takeaways! This is an excellent podcast if you’re interested in the actual science behind what exercises to do and why. Shannon is extremely knowledgeable (and has the degrees to prove it).
