A must listen!
This podcast is enjoyable and interesting to listen to and Dr. Shannon does a fantastic job of making science based and research backed information easy to understand and implement. She cuts through the “influencer” junk so you can focus on what you need to get results and stop beating yourself up. Also - huge applause for no commercials! I don’t feel like I’m being bombarded will a sales pitch. THANK YOU!

I really enjoyed the Cardio 2 episode because it helped me to rethink on how I incorporate cardio in my workout routine such as running.
