Hello from Lithuania and thank you for such a great podcast with lots of information and inspiration to stay fit. I am incredibly happy that I found this channel as it really helped me to pay more attention to workout programming and exercise selection. Huge thank you for all of the episodes that converts my daily commuting into time for self improvement.
