“I learned so much in this episode! I had no idea the effect cortisol had on our bodies and how working out the right way is so important. I used to sacrifice sleeping for workouts 5 days a week. It was unsustainable but I didn’t know it was due to this hormone. I recently have stumbled upon Evlo and my thinking is transforming every day. I love how Shannon is trying to break down and the messaging the industry pushes of eating less, working out more, stress, stress and more stress. And that those messages are so harmful.
