Life changing knowledge share
I learned so much in this episode! I had no idea the effect cortisol had on our bodies and how working out the right way is so important. I used to sacrifice sleeping for workouts 5 days a week. It was unsustainable but I didn’t know it was due to this hormone. I recently have stumbled upon Evlo and my thinking is transforming every day. I love how Shannon is trying to break down and the messaging the industry pushes of eating less, working out more, stress, stress and more stress. And that those messages are so harmful. I will be listening to this again and passing it along. I can feel the difference in my joints and mind just after a little bit of Evlo and now I understand why even more. Amazing what listening and taking care of our bodies can do!

This podcast made me shift the way I look at workouts. Shannon not only gives us permission to stop doing endless punishing exercise but also tell us why we will get better results doing what feels right for our bodies. No more burpees for me and I don’t even feel guilty.
