I’ve been an OG listener to the pod and can’t wait for Tuesdays (aus time) when I get to listen to you guys debunk fitness and health bs. I easy get caught up in being obsessive about health and wellness and you guys help bring me back down to earth. Gut health is my jam and I loved every second of the latest episode. This is an excellent, evidence-based podcast that actually cites studies. Yikes.
