This is an excellent, evidence-based podcast that actually cites studies. Yikes. I mean - who wants information derived from long-term research when clearly they way to go is to check your Insta feed for the most up-to-date diet and exercise advice from influencers who think “peer-reviewed” means when their friends leave a comment on Rotten Tomatoes. Anyway, they had me when Marianna flat-lined Carnivore M.D. Really well done.
