The fitness industry is super confusing. The way that this podcast lays it out makes it way easier to follow and I love the evidence and fact-based information. For someone without a PT background or dietary schooling, the opposing opinions on the internet create a difficulty in making informed choices; this podcast allows you to make the informed choices by providing the evidence and leaving out the opinions

Hi! I love your podcast and both of your abilities to break down information for the average person is great! However, I just listened to your most recent episode about the ionized water. The blood pH is actually 7.35 to 7.45 and if the body got to 7 you’d be close to death. Sub 7 you’d be dead....Read full review »
