Excellent In Both Content and Delivery
Outstanding podcast! Both hosts are knowledgeable AND engaging, which is key. There are fitness podcasts out there with good info that are borderline unlistenable because of the hosts’ lack of ability to communicate in a way that keeps the listener’s attention. I like to listen to podcasts while I run, so I’m not wanting to have to skip past the boring stuff such as the hosts giving seemingly-endless “updates” on their own lives and training, or talking about a bunch of other junk like culture and politics. Marianna and Tony stay on topic, and when they do talk about themselves it is RELEVANT TO THE TOPIC AT HAND, and not just a bunch of unrelated drivel. Many years ago I did a macro diet for a BB competition. I followed a very well respected and educated nutritionist in my area. The things they discuss on this podcast is exactally what I learned. It’s explained so simple and still giving all the information. I recommend to everyone I know
